Peony Eye Shadow {Tutorial} @ STAMPlorations

Hello friends! Seasonal greetings to you!
I wish you and your family good times and merry with your family and loved ones.
As you read me, I am down here at my parents' home with my trios, my dearest Mother, siblings and their family chatting away and eating most of the time (lol). On Saturday the 29th I will head back to my house with my trios to prep them for the new school term commencing January 1st. I look forward to 2019 with new adventures and challenges to be taken without hesitant I hope {chuckle}.

Alright then, without further ado, here's me bringing my last artsy creation for this year. I named it peony eye shadow because I used eye shadow to give more sweetness to this beautiful peony flower
The entire process is very easy and super quick if you plan to create something in a blink of an eye
{{{😀😀😀}}}..

Please click here to take you to STAMPlorations blog for step by step tutorial which I hope you will try.
Besides eye shadow, I also use brown and black ink pad, gel pens, and products from STAMPlorations shop.
 I hope my tutorial comes handy to you for a quick make this holidays.
 StampGirlAsmah will give you cool price when you shop at STAMPlorations.
 I shall be back again next month with more fresh and hopefully out of the box ideas.

I wish you and your family
warmest thoughts and best wishes for a wonderful Holiday Season and a Blessed 2019.

Favorite Time {Tags} @ STAMPlorations

Hello everyone! I wish you and you loved ones a wonderful season this year. Family time as often as we try to be in it is always the best time ever, don't you agree?

And now let me take you to TAGplorations challenge this month.
You can create just anything you like showing a tag or many using your imagination and creativity.

Here's my little tags using Manila Tags Nesting Dies.
I made them simple to place on a wrapped box to gift a friend.
I just love to doodle with white gel pen in my creation nowadays. Probably I love my white gel pen so much 😍

The theme for December is Winter with optional twist glitter.

I shall take a look at your lovely creations at Mr. Linky and wish you all the best of luck with the vote and draw.

See you again soon and thank you for dropping by.

Wanderlust @ STAMPlorations

Hi everyone! Here's me again sharing a little piece of artsy designed as part of  my dt work for STAMPlorations December Mixed Media Challenge
 My creation this month is a notebook I cover up front to back with gesso, paints and texture paste as the main element. I combined two watercolor paints, blue and green in different shades and spray down with water to let it run here and there.
 I stamped a butterfly with versafine ink pad on a white card stock and cut it out neatly to paste down on the front cover.
 For this project, I decided on using swirly blooms stencil to create heavy texture pattern randomly.
 I kick start the notebook cover with strips of leftover papers by gluing down each pieces with pva glue {it's always my all time fave because it sticks well}.
The process...
 After...
I look forward to see your creation/s at Mr. Linky before New Year invites us to another wanderlust.

Till I see you real soon. Stay positive and blessings your way.

Intuitive Mixed Media Collage Art Journal @ DS4J

Hello everyone! I'm thrill to bits to share my new piece of art journal designed for Digistamps4Joy mid-challenge reminder. My fellow design team have created their stunning paper craft projects to inspire you so why not join us this month and stand a chance of winning some digital stamp images.

I took fairly an hour to complete this mixed media art collage in my art journal book.
It was pretty easy when I just let my mind free and put myself in fantasy not bothering of anything else except me and the paints.
A little close-up views:
 The optional twist for this challenge is to add ribbon or lace so I glued down a small piece of left over black lace from my sewing dress project last June.
The digital stamp used is Flower 2 which I printed two pieces and cut out neatly. I had one flower glued down in one piece while the other was cut into half and glued down from each other then layered with paper tear which I had painted earlier with autumn colors to let dry for this black gesso background art collage.
Taking my work into these challenges:
1. Crafty Creations : Ch#378 Anything Goes
2. Crafting By Designs : Give Thanks / Autumn Colors
3. The Outlawz : Monday Greetings Nov 12 - Fantasy
4. Creative Artiste : Ch#44 Anything Goes Mixed Media
5. Crafting With Friends : Ch#75 Anything Goes
6. Quick Quotes : Ch#93 Anything Goes
7. Unicorn Challenge : Ch#38 Use A Sentiment
8. Crafting From The Heart : Ch#228 Anything Goes

I am so excited to see your work before November says good bye. Have fun creating.
Until then. See you soon.

Hi everyone! I am here to share this special tribute for our only Melissa Lane who left us to be with her creator on October 2. I came to know Melissa when she joined the Mixed Media team the past two years. I often admired her stunning vibrant creations and not just that, she was always professional, prolific, persistent and pleasing.

Melissa loved butterflies and these beautiful flying creatures is chosen as main theme in remembering Melissa. Kindly visit STAMPlorations to read more about this special tribute. If you also wish to create a card and should you wish to send your card to Melissa's family, the link is there.

Time Is Precious (Mixed Media Art Journal) @ STAMPlorations

Hi everyone! I am so happy to share my newest project for STAMPlorations mixed media challenge this month.

~~~oo00oo~~~
But before I proceed, I have sad news:~
...Melissa Lane, my dear teammate passed away on October 2 leaving behind a husband and four children. She was 47. I already miss you Melissa and will always do.
Rest in peace...
~~~oo00oo~~~

I filled up a page in the mini art journal album made from brown shopping bag a couple years ago and still have few blank pages to splatter with paints in the next few days. Meanwhile, I hope you find this one interesting though {smile}.
Some more pictures:
 I started off with the empty background by swiping modeling paste over Circular Two stencil. When dry, I blended in two shades of green colors and added bits of black as I go with the flow. When completely happy with blending achievement, I put aside to dry {for tea break, lol}.
The Big Bloom Factory flowers were stamped way advance using Versafine Ink. I fussy cut them while I watched tv with my girls {bonding whenever possible with them because we are usually busy individuals on weekdays and family quality time is important, don't you agree? So I like to do something easy while sitting in the living room with the tv on. Don't like to waste time, smile}.
I gave the flowers colors by using Faber Castell watercolor pencils and blend in with water using brush paint. Yes simple as that.
I randomly stamped the background using Framed Oriole stamp for additional interest. For the flower stems, I picked one stamp from Artsy Border Maker set to create the look.
Lastly, I touch up the overall project with white paint to highlight certain areas and gave more depth to the flower edges with black watercolor crayon.

So there you have it. I look forward to see your Anything Goes project{s} at Mr. Linky
and please include stencil [any brand is fine]. Don't forget to stick this graphic below in your post to qualify for prize.

Take a look at this challenge guidelines for more detail:

Remember me when you shop at STAMPlorations okay 😍😍😍

That's it for this day. I shall be back again with a recent project coming up soon.
Until I see you again, stay blessed and be blessed.

Hugs and smiles,
