Here's my slimline card showcasing one of STAMPloration's products perfect for this special occasion. I printed Cupcake Row digital image from STAMPlorations shop.
I'm inspired by the row of cupcakes from the challenge graphic below and decided on vantage colors if I can say that (smile).

I stick on a sentiment from a clear stickers sheet also available at the shop.
Copic markers were used to fill up the cupcakes with shades of colors.
