~ Spring Fling Hop & Linky Party May 19 ~

Hello beautiful friends! Welcome to STAMPlorations Spring Fling.
I'm super excited to be joining the STAMPlorations team in celebrating the flowers season and hopefully life this spring blooms wonderfully for everyone. The winners will receive prizes of your own choice. How beautiful is that...smile.
Inspiring you on this day is watercolor spring floral card using one beauty from Quick Cards #3 - Spring Florals A2 Card FrontsThis set has 8 spring florals watercolor designs printed on 120# (325 gsm) matte card stock — it’s REALLY thick! Each card front is approximately 4” by 5.25” — perfect for your A2 cards!
I love all the watercolor designs in this pack that I had hard time creating until I decided to give it a fussy cut and adhered on a patterned paper from Kaisercraft {paper scrap from previous scrapbook project}. You bet I keep left over papers because one piece cost a million after they chopped down one tree! Please don't waste {smile}.
Say, didn't I tell you how beautiful the watercolor designs are? Sherry Russ had designed it easy and fast for your card making project in an instant time. For super-quick cards, simply stamp your sentiment on the card front, adhere to your card base, and voila — you’re done! You can also use die-cut sentiments and clear stickers, and if you’re into calligraphy, you can even hand-write on the card fronts. Artsy-fy these card fronts by blending ink, doing some background stamping, and more!

You have until June 7 to hop and leave comment at the design team blogs.
Take your time but try not to delay {smile}.

Plus feel free to enjoy Spring Fling Sale. All throughout May, selected products in the SPRING FLING section are 45% off with code SPRINGFLING45.
And don't forget to grab your FREEBIE!!!
So, back to my card creation once again:~
If you love the products I used, feel free to use my coupon code STAMPGIRLASMAH and get 20% off.

That's it for today. I look forward to read your comment.....so excited.
For extra win and bonus prize, you may also play along by creating anything with blooms and link it up HERE.

Life Is A Journey {Art Journal} @ STAMPlorations

Hello everyone! Wishing you positive vibes and joy.

I'm good. Except for my garden growing lots of weeds dancing happily in the rain almost every day. Need extra hours to pull them out one of these days. Any volunteer? {chuckle}.

Today I'd like to share a spread of mixed media art designed for STAMPlorations May Stencil Challenge and this is a reminder that you still have time to play along.

I used a piece of recycle box of cake which I cut into small pieces and will bind into a junk journal album. I've never done one and have been meaning to make one but never have the time so here's one for it.

The butterfly is my normalcy in creating because I love this butterfly so much from the beginning I own it {giggle}. I stamped it down on white cardstock and fussy cut slowly.I glue down the background of Lemony Wedges stencil design which I swipe homemade gesso and black ink pad through it and let dry.I stamped down a sentiment directly on the background...always feeling nervous because I was afraid if that won't appear nicely. For most part it works but sometimes not. This one is victory {lol}.That's it for today. I hope you will join us this month and don't forget to display the challenge graphic to be eligible for prize winner if you're selected.

Entering my work into these challenges:
1. A Perfect Time To Craft : Anything Goes
2. Crafts Galore Encore : Ch#87 Anything Goes

Thank you for dropping by.
Till I see you again real soon. Have a pleasant day.

Take Flight {Art Journal} @ STAMPlorations

Hi everyone! Happy May! Wishing y'all  the best in health and well being. I'm happy to bring you my recent mixed media artsy for STAMPlorations May Stencil Challenge. Take a look at my fellow teammates' spectacular designs HERE for your inspirations.

The products I used are available from STAMPlorations shop.
Some up-close pictures:
The lattice stencil designed by my teammate Sanna Lippert is definitely my new love ever since it was launched several months back. I simply swiped homemade gesso through the stencil and let dry naturally before next steps.
Oh, the paper rosette I did last year came handy for this vintage looking project.

If u are my regular visitor, you may notice how much I love this old butterfly stamp which is currently out of stock but available in digital form HERE.
For additional interest, I stamped down funky designs randomly near the edges.
Lastly, I stick a sentiment to complete my project after debating within my inner self the best place to adhere the butterfly cut out, rosette, matting and sticker for a good composition. That was hard {smile}.
That's it for today.
We would love to see the challenge graphic below in your blog post to be eligible for prize winning:
Thank you for dropping by my blog.
Have a great day and stay safe.
