Hello everyone! Finally I am back today after a long silence from blog land. Life suddenly became chaotic on my end with family matters and giving priority to my health the past months that I decided to give myself a break for a while. When all sorted and done and my eczema heal, I slowly do my garden once again, something that helps me sweat even more because exercise is not my thing {chuckle} therefore gardening helps me pull some muscles and sweat naturally.
I was lucky also when the STAMPlorations girls were given a break from design team work in the summer {thanks a bunch Shery Russ}. That gave me my crafty mind a chance to recuperate and collect ideas for upcoming projects {smile}.
Today we are back! Yes! This moment that the designers and I have been waiting for is here to share our ideas and creativity with you.
TAGplorations October challenge offers you All About Fall with a twist of red, gold and orange. Create a project based on the theme with or without the twist. Your project(s) can be anything but it must have a tag (or tags) in it. Non-STAMPlorations products in entries are OK.

Easy peasy right? So without further ado, here's my tags presentation in mixed media art journal page.
Some up close pictures:
I stamped trendy leaves 2 randomly onto the dry painted tags. For additional interest I splattered white paints with brush.
I adore butterfly so much since I was a kid and often present them in my projects. This is stamped using versafine ink and cut out neatly with sharp scissor. Then it was colored with watercolor pencils before highlighting it with white gel pen to make it more outstanding look. What do you think? Would love to hear your comments.
After I have blended some colors in the background, I swiped modeling paste over trees 1 stencil to form some patterns.
I used three different sizes dies in the manila tags nesting dies set to create three tags from 160gsm acid free drawing paper. The end result satisfy so much that I can't wait to share with you my upcoming tag projects for more ideas.
I hope you find my art journal page with tags interesting and inspire you to create and join this challenge before the end of October.
