Hello everyone! I am so delighted to welcome you to my blog in the land of beautiful MALAYSIA.
I currently live in Sungai Petani, Kedah, a state located in the north of Malaysia. My 4 months old first born and I moved here to start a new family life some 12 years ago to join my husband who hail from the capital city of Alor Setar and works here in Sungai Petani. The surrounding here is very peaceful and tranquil. Where I am, it's an open space and wide. Kedah is famously known for its paddy plantation and her famous Langkawi Island is a well known tourism spot. The people are friendly. The cuisine is delicious. Just sharing an inside story of "empty nest", lol. If you look closely at the map, you can see Pendang. My first born is there studying at a boarding school since February this year. Ever since she 'lives' there, I often do road trips to either visit her or take her home for breaks which allows the six of us to reunite and do fun things together. The one hour road trip gives my eyes chances to view the greenery of the open space along the highway.
Here are some famous landmarks of Kedah. I believe the images are so tranquil that you consider to visit Malaysia one fine day; I'll be proud to be your host. Just give me a ring :-)
I am so proud to lead you through my blog as you stop by.

is the card I am showcasing for the DS4J Blog Hop.
I have designed a scene about the peaceful and tranquil life in my country.
I filled up the images with Copic Sketch and used a sentiment from Ginger's House. I would love to read your comments about my stepper card design and one lucky person who comment will win this image on my blog:
