ARTplorations Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to Artplorations Stencil Blog Hop.
Today is dedicated just for you to join our finale blog hop of our fabulous stencils.

There are so many oh-so-amazing creations by the STAMPlorations girls to keep your creative juices flowing.

Make yourself a cup of coffee and feel comfy at STAMPlorations to enjoy the fun and incredible creative journey as you hop.

I sincerely hope you will like my art journal and get some inspirations.
Some up close shots:
I used a chorus part from Pink's popular song Just Give Me A Reason simply because I love her song.
The background was adhered with layers of paper strips and gesso to build texture. I also used texture paste througj Bubbles stencil to create patterns.
As always I played with watercolors from soft to darker colors.
This art journal is a collaboration between me and my eldest daughter. For the first time I decided to have her drawing on my art. 'Alyaa loves anime at the moment and draws anime in her free time. She was somewhat surprised when I asked her to draw me a long haired sad lady directly on my art. She sketched on a paper first and after getting my approval, she nervously draw on my textured background. I was satisfied with her drawing and began to color her.
I was inspired to create this piece of art from this lovely mood board at Berry71bleu:

I hope you are enjoying the Linky Party and feel inspired all the time.
I thank you for your participation and wish you all the best of luck at:
I thank you very much for dropping by and leaving me comments.

See you again in my next post with another creations in the next days hop.

Have a good day.
Hugs and smiles,
